if there is something damaged or unsatisfactory in quality with something you order, reach out and I will work with you to resolve it on a case by case basis. Items attached to mutual aid fundraisers are non-refundable, because as soon as I receive payment for the item, the funds will be immediately transferred to the mutual aid project in question and I cannot refund money I no longer have, but I will work with you to fix the problem that has you dissatisfied as long as we are mutually respectful and communicative with one another.
Custom items must be spell checked and confirmed by the person placing the order. I will absolutely let you order something that I know is spelled wrong, but I will also let you know that that’s what’s happening if I notice it. If neither of us notice it, that’s on you, but I’ll work with you to find a way to fix it.
If for any reason you need to send things back to me in this Problem Resolution Process, you need to cover the cost of shipping unless otherwise discussed.
